• You received a different product than what you ordered.

To start a refund or replacement request:

2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours to confirm next steps.
3. Once verified, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement product.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

4. Exceptions — What Can’t Be Returned

• Opened or partially used food products.
• Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
• Products not stored according to the recommended conditions.
• Bakery Items or Short expiry Items.

5. Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to a mistake on our part or damaged goods, Celiac Saviour will cover the shipping cost. For voluntary returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
