We typically process all confirmed orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday). During festive seasons or promotional campaigns, slight delays may occur — but we always keep you informed via email or SMS.

3. Delivery Areas & Timelines

• Islamabad & Rawalpindi: single business day
• Lahore, Karachi & Major Cities: 1-3 business days
• Remote Areas: 3-4 business days (may vary depending on courier availability)

Deliveries are made during regular business hours. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.

4. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep shipping costs as fair as possible. - Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free nationwide delivery. - Orders below that amount include a minimal flat rate based on location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or Whatsapp. Use it anytime to follow your parcel’s journey — from our kitchen to your table 🍞📦

6. Possible Delays

Despite our best efforts, delays can sometimes happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, national holidays, or courier network issues. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if that occurs.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order ID, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. International Shipping
